Meet the Chef
Chef Chloe Smith is making sweet confections.
Chloe, a Penns Grove, NJ native, graduated with dual Bachelor degrees in psychology and sociology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2000. After working several years in the corporate workforce, she decided to go back to school to pursue a career in Pastry Arts.
In 2004, after two years of study, she graduated as a Pastry Chef from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, located in Philadelphia, PA, with an Associates degree in Pastry Arts.
Chloe's first jobs utilizing her new creative pastry skills were for Plate in Ardmore, PA and Harry's Savoy and Conley Ward's in Wilmington, DE. In December 2007, she opened her own business, Dolci Doodles.
